Serving the Peace Entertainment and StewArt Media Studios announced today the production of a gospel mini-film concept music video, Understanding God.Part of a two video production deal, Understanding God will have a limited release in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area before worldwide digital distribution via Indie Reign, on May 5, 2015. The mini-film is directed by Michael Stewart from a concept written by Ashante PT Stokes, who also serves as a producer. They have collaborated to create a visually creative music video with a dramatic interlude. Serving the Peace Entertainment as executive producer, financed and created the distribution partnership with Indie Reign.
Serving the Peace and StewArt has a second project in this creative pairing in the mini-film concept format that will be released later in 2015.
Serving the Peace business manager, Thomas Stokes, said, “We are thrilled to work with StewArt Media Studios and with iconic cinematographer and director, Michael Stewart, with his eye for storytelling and imagery.”
“If we want to achieve the best, we want to work with the best,” said Ashante PT Stokes, creative director of Serving the Peace and who sings and raps, hip hop gospel under the name, PT the Gospel Spitter. “It is a great decision and a partnering that we can explore with many opportunities for us as well as for our fans.”
