Real Property Management, the nation’s leading rental property management firm, has been named one of America’s Best Franchises, according to Forbes magazine’s first-ever list of the top franchises in America.
The Forbes “Best and Worst in Franchising” was created from performance and revenue metrics compiled and analyzed by FRANdata, a research and consulting firm that focuses on studying the comparative performance of franchise brands.
FRANdata went through publicly available information on 3,000 franchise brands and measured them according to three main criteria: five-year unit continuity rate, unit growth rate and franchisee support score. The franchisee support score is comprised of three categories that are important to prospective franchisees, including financing, marketing, and initial and ongoing operational support programs.
With a growth rate of 49 percent and continuity of 90 percent, Real Property Management is ranked in the top ten franchises with investments up to $150,000. During the past year the number of Real Property Management franchisees has grown from 220 to over 250.
“RPM’s steady growth and the fact that we were rated in the top 10 by Forbes, is a byproduct of providing seamless solutions and reliable returns for our clients. When they are successful, we are successful. Our powerful proprietary system allows us to effectively manage compliance and legal issues, collect rent, maintenance, and repairs on a 24-hour basis.” Said Rodd Schifferdecker, owner of one the best performing franchise locations in the country – Real Property Management Phoenix Metro
RPR Phoenix Metro signed over 600 leases in 2013, and is on track to beat that record in 2014.
