Pinnacle Window & Siding Co. of Woodstock, GA., has received a GuildQuality 2017 Guildmaster Award for being a leader in providing customer service.GuildQuality, a third-party customer satisfaction surveying software company, launched the Guildmaster Awards in 2005 to recognize residential construction professionals who demonstrate the highest level of customer service within the United States and Canada.
The awards recognize home building, contracting and remodeling professionals within GuildQuality’s community. In order to decide this year’s winners, GuildQuality reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by customers and considered two primary metrics:
• The percentage of customers stating they would recommend the business to a friend;
• The percentage of customers who responded.
Seventy-four percent of 163 Pinnacle customers who were surveyed responded, and 100 percent of customers who responded said they would likely recommend the company to a friend.
