It has been nearly six months since Teddy Shake launched their 80-inch inflatable pink flamingo float. In an interview today, Teddy Shake spokesperson Bailey Anderson explained the importance that safety holds for Teddy Shake as a company.
“Although our flamingo float is not made specifically for children, we certainly understand that children will be attracted to it and use it,” said Anderson. “We take this very seriously. Although there may be materials out there that we can secure for a lower price point, our efforts and dedication are to using safe materials. We want other companies to be as aware of the importance of this safety. In order to raise awareness and encourage the use of safe materials, Teddy Shake is launching a petition. This petition will be to encourage all manufacturers selling products to use materials free from known harmful chemicals.”
The pink flamingo float by Teddy Shake is made of durable, high-quality vinyl that can withstand hours of play and fun.
