The Arizona Department of Real Estate found the Century 21 PMTA (property management trust account) to be short $471,640.09. The status of monies held in trust for homeowners with properties under management by Century 21 is unknown.Property owners who do not have an attorney may wish to contact the Arizona Bar Association's Arizona Law Help at www.azlawhelp.org. Homeowners with homes managed by Century 21 All Stars are encouraged to immediately find new management for their properties due to the shut down. Notifications are not sent to tenants by the Arizona Department of Real Estate, so without action on the landlords part, tenants could potentially send rents direct to Century 21 All Stars.
