Onsen is planning to release the first must-free towel to the world. The towel is made with 100 percent cotton, a “waffle weave” technology, and airy curves to support breathability and quicker dry time.Performance and Durability:
The Onsen towel was created because “better basics make for a better living.” It is certified by Oeko-Tex, an international association focused on textile safety and sustainable production. Not only does it actually get softer every time you wash it, but it is sustainable and practical for the environment as well. The towel was not tested on animals.
Pricing and Availability:
Onsen Towels has reached their initial funding goal of $25,000. By partnering with Funded Today, they hope to reach a stretch goal of $75,000 before the end of their campaign Feb. 18. Once that goal is met, they plan to release another color scheme and send out a poll to buyers on what color they’d like to see. The product is set to ship in June 2017.
