She was born in the Georgia capital of Tbilisi, began training as a classical pianist at the age of 4, and moved to New York City with her family at the age of 6. After attending prestigious music schools in Manhattan and performing in recitals, she became captivated by the DJ culture, costumes and choreography of the music scene in the 90’s and 2000’s. Now she is fulfilling her dream, revealed in a recent interview in Pen’s Eye View Magazine, “to create music that will uplift, evoke and heal, all while being fun and sexy too, and to make a difference in people’s lives.”
That is the path traversed by blossoming new artist, Nana, who recently performed four of her songs and paid tribute to Madonna during her debut appearance on Alive with Clive – The TV Show Where Today’s Top Singer-Songwriters Thrive, which can be seen at http://alivewithclive.tv.

On Friday, May 1, Nana will be performing at the USO Benefit Concert hosted by The Real Radio Show and Jackie “The Joke Man” Martling from The Howard Stern Show at Amazura Concert Hall, 91-12 144th Place, Jamaica, NY 11435, opening for Guns N’ Roses guitarist Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal, TWISTED SISTER Mark Mendoza, ADRENALINE MOB, and KoRn Ray Lazier. Limited VIP Tickets are available for $20 for the event, which will take place from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Nana will also become the next Alive with Clive MVP if she generates the requisite number of views of her show on Alive with Clive to displace the current holder of that title by Wednesday, April 22, at 10 p.m.
