NextProperty has arguably to-date, the largest database of the new property projects with over 500 such projects in its database. Launched in early May 2015, the app has achieved total downloads of over 20,000 within a span of less than 6 months and we are confident to achieve more than 100,000 users by end of 2016.
As a recipient of the Cradle CIP-500 fund, Wilson plans to intensify marketing efforts to reach more people and continuously enhance the mobile application. “We are grateful to Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd for acknowledging our potential by awarding us the RM500,000 (US$120,000) fund, which will enable us to further strengthen and expand our services. With that, we believe that NextProperty will be a game changer in this industry,” he added. Flanked by a formidable team led by Wilson, NextProperty has hit a new milestone by raking in five-figure monthly sales revenue.
While its focus is currently within the Malaysia, regional expansion is in the pipeline for this young company, as it plans to make an entrance into the Southeast Asian market. “Exciting times await us in 2016 and beyond,” exclaimed Wilson with much enthusiasm.
