Two new items that support the wrists during workouts have been added to the Elite Body Squad store. A new ambassador has joined the team to help provide extra tips and strategies during workouts.

Elite body squad have added two new fitness products to their array of fitness items that support the body during training and workout sessions. These new items add wrist and hand support while lifting weights and during general gym workouts. As the wrists are involved in so many exercises in the gym they thought it beneficial to focus on this area for their new products.

The first new item added to the store is the wrist wrap. The wrist wrap is a lightweight and breathable fabric that has heavy duty stitching and wraps tightly around the wrist. This provides extra support during the lifting of weights and adds confidence to the wearer, enabling them to exercise for longer and also to increase the weight. The wrist wraps are made from super soft material and will not itch when the hands are arms are sweaty.

The second item added to the store is the weight lifting strap. These lifting straps are very strong and made from 100% durable cotton. The wrist straps are specifically designed to help the wearer lift an increased amount of weight. They are useful when the goal is to bulk up and build more muscle. They help by removing the majority of the load from the forearms and also add extra support to the wrist. As an additional benefit the straps can help to prevent rough skin and calluses on the hands, through the protection of the material.

Both of these items are listed on the Elite Body Squad website along with other items that can make gym life and workouts a little more fun. Keeping workouts fun helps to achieve various fitness and exercise goals. Visit http://www.elitebodysquad.com/shop/ for a full list of all the store items.
