When asked about why he wrote the book, Hansmann said: “The Social Security department cannot give specific advise regarding the best way to take Social Security, and with few advisors offering assistance, it became clear I had to find a way to offer easy to understand options on how to help boomers and seniors maximize their Social Security.”
Hansmann has hopes that the book will provide easy to understand method to helping people nearing retirement discover how they can maximize their Social Security. This positive outlook from the author is certainly testament to his optimism considering all the confusion with Social Security.
