The house accommodates 12-14 healthy seniors. Each resident has his/her own spacious suite, which includes a private sitting room, bedroom, bath, storage, kitchenette and individual temperature controls. The suites are furnished with the resident’s own furniture and belongings. The property sits on a large lot with a welcoming front porch and includes a large living room, dining room, sunroom, beautiful garden courtyard and large open central kitchen. The kitchen is designed to be user friendly for the residents and is equipped to prepare meals for themselves individually or as a group.
Managers also live in the house and are available 24-hours a day. They are responsible for coordination of services, safety and interactions. They take a personal interest in the residents, their needs, and keep common areas tidy.
