5th Generation Home Inspection Services and Thomas Brenan V are pleased to announce that the home inspection services professional have reached a milestone of more than one thousand home inspections since the LSU graduate became a licensed home inspector in 2006. Brenan started working in construction in 1998 and over the years has gained the knowledge and background to give his customers a thorough and detailed review, and to identify any issues.As a native of New Orleans, Thomas is uniquely qualified to know about NOLA-specific issues. He graduated from Louisiana State University, where he was a founding member of the LSU Jiu-Jitsu Club. He attended the Building Inspection Institute. He worked with the Army Corps of Engineers after Hurricane Katrina to assess the structural integrity of remaining buildings.
