A new integrated vehicle wheel alignment service has been launched by Shaw Auto Care in Cuyahoga Falls, Akron, Stow, Hudson and Fairlawn Ohio. The shop offers customers the best in auto care services, helping to get their cars functioning properly quickly and efficiently.

Steve Shaw, the owner says the three pieces of equipment that are being purchased include an alignment rack, the road force wheel balancer and the revolution tire machine. This allows integration of a complete alignment package on the car.
The new equipment will allow for a bead message. This process insures that the bead seats to the wheel on the tire and then when it is placed on the balancer, it does what is called a road force wheel balance that simulates road conditions. The next part of the process involves seeing how much road force is being exerted from that tire. It has to be less than 12 lbs.
And if it is, then the tire is extremely good and balanced. The tire is then put on the vehicle and aligned with the new alignment rack that allows the slip plate for the alignment to be automatically released at the right time. Air pressure is monitored during the whole alignment.

The benefits of integrating these three pieces of equipment to the consumer are: longer life out of their tires, elimination of tire pull and elimination of tire chop and any issues related to wheel balancing and steering wheel vibration. Consumers traditionally have problems with the higher performance tires. The challenge is getting them aligned properly or getting getting them mounted and balanced without scratching or destroying the wheels.
