The Realty Investment Club of Houston (RICH) has been in operation more than 34 years. It is already the largest real estate investor association in the country and is steadily growing with current membership exceeding 1,000 members. RICH offers its members:- Real estate investment education.

The most anticipated meeting of each month is the RICH Main Event held on the first Saturday of each month. This event always features guest speakers--municipal leaders, business professionals, academic personnel and experienced real estate experts--to discuss current trends and events that may have an impact on the real estate world. September's meeting features guest speaker Justice of the Peace Hilary Green and keynote speaker Mayor Annise Parker. Advance registration for this event is not required. The necessary paperwork can be completed when they arrive. All members and guests welcome. First time guests are free, $30 otherwise. According to the Multiple Listing Service of the Houston Association of Realtors, Houston's real estate market is continuing to "plow full-steam ahead" keeping those involved in the real estate business busier than ever. There are few areas around the country growing as fast as Houston. Although new construction has declined and the number of available homes on the market is low (but grew a bit in the last couple of months), investment in real estate is still a lucrative adventure. Membership in RICH provides investors with the most up-to-date information available, skills and hands-on experience that ensure success.
There is a common thread among many real estate investor success stories -- they gained necessary knowledge and skills, developed profitable contacts and established a network that jettisoned them on their path to success by becoming a member of RICH.
