Proliferate: A Church Planting Strategy For Everyday Churches explains how the everyday church can fulfill Christ's vision, reports www.lucidbooks.net.

Lucid Books Press has just announced the release of Proliferate: A Church Planting Strategy For Everyday Churches by Jason Crandall. The author, a pastor in Pearland, Texas, offers advice and encouragement to small and medium-sized churches who seek to be involved in church planting, reports Lucid Books. The book is available on the Lucid Books website as well as on Amazon, where it qualifies for free Prime shipping.

Said Lucid Books spokesperson Sammantha Lengl, "We feel that Jason has an important message to get across, and we're delighted to have been able to help him share it. The vast majority of churches in America today qualify as 'everyday churches' as opposed to 'mega-churches,' and his book is showing these congregations how they, too, can make a difference through church planting."

Crandall likens small, or everyday, churches to the mustard seed that Jesus spoke of when teaching about the Kingdom of God. Though a mustard seed is tiny, it is full of the potential to affect great changes. Similarly, everyday churches can help to fulfill Christ's vision by planting new churches in and around their communities. He encourages small congregations to take on church planting as part of their mission to spread the Gospel. Moreover, he offers guidelines in building a vision for involvement in church multiplication, identifying and overcoming obstacles, and creating a communication strategy to engage the whole congregation. He emphasizes the need for Gospel-focused churches to multiply themselves in order to spread Jesus' message.

As both a pastor of a small church and a trainer and coach of church planters, Crandall has developed his ideas through years of experience in church planting. He is also the executive director of The CityView Collective, a group of churches that work together to plant Gospel-centered churches in the Houston area. A native of Michigan, he lives now with his wife and three sons in Houston. More of his writing is available on his website, where he posts articles on transformational leadership topics, including productivity, self and team leadership, and church planting and multiplication.

Said Lengl, "It is an honor to help Jason launch his first book, and we hope it will reach a wide audience. His message is both an inspirational one and a concrete, practical guide that will help small churches to succeed in starting a church planting movement."
