Gracie obtained certification through Pet Partners and Hand in Paw, making her the perfect therapy dog for children, and she enjoys her time at the clinic where she makes children feel comfortable," Dr. Adrian Lovell explains.
Oral needs change as a child grows. Expectant mothers must understand what they need to do to give their child a good foundation for their teeth. Bacteria in the mouth can lead to complications during labor and delivery. In addition, this bacteria, which is responsible for gum disease and cavities, may be passed from mother to child.
