Throughout the last few years, LCM has continued to expand and grow it’s range of services, as well as diversify its’ client base. Being conscious of organic growth and the demand for the new services, it was necessary to make a move to a more suitable location. Access to free parking, and a convenient location adjacent to major traffic routes was an important factor in deciding the new location.
Recently LCM moved to a Grade II listed building “Gatcombe House”, which was originally constructed as a Garrison Commander’s residence in 1760. The premises offers LCM the opportunity to expand as necessary, as well as provide clients quick and easy access. Being located within a few minutes of central Portsmouth, and Junction 12 of Motorway M27, the new offices are perfectly positioned.
Lizz Clarke commented: “We have already found our feet here at the beautiful Gatcombe House, which will provide us with the room we need to be creative, and grow our business. A huge ‘thank you’ to the team here at Gatcombe House who have been invaluable in helping us with the move. We miss the team at the University’s Innovation Space, who looked after us for over two years, and appreciate their support in helping us to move on.”
