This just announced, Bob Dylan's 2015 tour includes only three stops in Texas. Therefore, Bob Dylan fans in Texas will only have a small window of opportunity to get tickets.

Austin, Texas – April 9, 2015 – Bob Dylan has just announced thru Rolling Stone magazine that his latest 2015 touring schedule will only play three dates in three different cities in Texas. He will first play in Houston at the Bayou Music Center on May 5, then Bob Dylan plays in Austin, Texas at the Bass Concert Hall on May 6. Dylan ends his tour with a Texas date on May 6, as he plays at the charming Majestic Theatre in San Antonio, Texas on May 7.

Texas fans who want to see the 60s icon better book tickets now, according to a spokesman at ConcertBank. “Bob Dylan concert tickets are highly sought after by loyal fans across the nation”, he said. “And those fans will do just about anything to see Dylan in concert.”

In a surprise move, Dylan once again rocked the music world with his latest album release, Shadows in the Night. The album consists of old standards, which were popularized by Frank Sinatra and includes only slow dance songs with a romantic tinge. This is the same Dylan who rocked the music world forty years ago by going electric when unplugged folk ruled the day.

These days Dylan is playing to a different crowd. In an effort to gain publicity for his new album, he sent out 500,000 free copies of his new album to randomly selected members of AARP. The seniors didn’t expect the albums and found them as a surprise in their mailboxes. This is in contrast to his usual way of releasing a new album-doing it through a Rolling Stones exclusive interview.

Of the songs that he chose to include on the album, Dylan says, “There is nothing contrived in these songs. There is not one false word in any of them.” Those comments have lead some reviewers to compare that statement to the way Dylan used to talk about the ancient secrets he used in unlocking folk songs.

Although Bob Dylan is said to be on a never ending tour, the fact remains that for Texans, there is only three changes to see Bob Dylan on his 2015 Spring Tour, and at least one of the venues – the Majestic in San Antonio isn’t large enough to hold a lot of people. That means if fans haven’t already reserved their seats to see Bob Dylan for his one month long Spring Tour, they probably shouldn’t wait much longer to get them.
