JSB Surveillance recently completed a high-end video security cameras installation project at the Isles condominiums in Minneapolis Minnesota. This system monitors common areas, outdoor locations, garages and doors. After their initial review of the customer security and property requirements, JSB and The Isles Condos chose a hybrid Geovision DVR/NVR camera system solution. The setup includes Geovision IP cameras and standard CCTV security cameras.The DVR/NVR server records both IP and standard CCTV cameras. The Geovision IP cameras are high-definition and offer superior image quality for areas that extreme detail is required. JSB Surveillance installed high-resolution standard cameras in some of the buildings more common areas. The high resolution standard cameras are rated at 700 TV Lines which provides the customer with superior image quality. These cameras are vandal dome style. They are tamper proof and difficult to circumvent. The outdoor cameras installed are completely Minnesota/Wisconsin/Iowa weatherproof. They have built-in infrared sensors that provide an excellent picture at night.
The Hybrid Geovision DVR/NVR is a cost-effective security camera solution for businesses across the board. This system works especially well for those that need high-definition cameras and standard cameras. This system can handle both technologies and works great for business that have an existing camera security system that simply wants to upgrade to some higher quality cameras. Similar to that of the Isles Condos, businesses generally have a few areas in their place of business that require high-quality video images. They Hybrid Geovision system can handle up to 32 total cameras. Analog and IP cameras can be used simultaneously.
Within the first week of installation, the system recorded someone stealing a car from the buildings parking garage. The video images of the suspect were exported off the system and given to the police to identify and locate the suspect.
