Earlier today, Incentive Inc. finally announced the release of Incentive v4.8 – it’s new Team Collaboration Platform, which has been in development since February 1, 2017. The main aim is simplicity and usability… but it does so, with a difference.
Rickard Hansson, Founder and CEO at Incentive Inc., says: “We wanted to try something new with Incentive v4.8. Anyone familiar with the Enterprise social collaboration platforms market will probably have noticed how everyone else seems to make their systems too complex for the average user. This is a problem because people get confused and stop using the solution.”
So as a welcome breath of fresh air, Incentive v4.8 will instead let people do everything they need in one place without needing to log into different services.. Incentive Inc. chose to make this move because it helps teams work together much more quickly and efficiently and it keeps a record of everything that’s been done.

Incentive v4.8 has a number of great new features
* File previews — Common file types, such as docx, pptx, xlsx, and PDF, can now be previewed in full — without the need of the software suites that handle each extension. This means users can view all documents regardless of device — tablet, phone, or computer.
* File versions — Every file is kept and stored as a previous version each time it’s updated, for later reference, comparison, and rollback.
* Download as Word and PDF — Many documents and files can be converted to and downloaded as Word and/or PDF.Convert files — Incentive will give the option to convert uploaded files into native Incentive documents.
