Where most Indian restaurants tend to just attempt to run seafood dishes for a short while before discontinuing, The Indian Courtyard has decided to be a little more exotic with the start of the Indian seafood festival extravaganza.

Rishi Sood, Co-owner at The Indian Courtyard, The Yew Tree, says: “We wanted to be exotic with the launch of the UK’s first and only Indian seafood festival because we wanted to do something that has never been done before, giving both seafood and Indian food lovers a real treat.

It should be really worthwhile and we’re hoping it will give people something to talk about while showcasing our Indian take on exclusively British sourced seafood.”

The Indian Courtyard has always made a point of standing out when compared to other Indian restaurants in the Slough area. This launch celebration is just one of the many ways it does so.

This is a great chance for Slough residents to to enjoy a culinary seafood dining experience like no other and support a hard working, dedicated and very popular local restaurant.

The Indian Courtyard has been serving the Slough area since early this summer. To date it has served hundreds of customers and has become recognized as Berkshire’s most authentic Indian restaurant. It can be found on Collinswood Road, a stones throw from Farnham Common.

Rishi Sood also said: “We can hold our heads high and say proudly we are the only restaurant in the South East with this kind of offering, local residents are choosing The Indian Courtyard because we put the customer’s satisfaction above everything else.”

When asked about the new the ambitious seafood festival in particular, Rishi Sood said: “We think it’s going to be a hit because it is completely unique and we know seafood lovers who appreciate good food from the sub-continent have been waiting for this for a long time”.
