CORE Chiropractic in Houston, Texas is proud to announce their continued efforts to support the Houston Area Women’s Center for their 5th year. CORE Chiropractic accepts new, unwrapped toys and other household items in exchange for their new patient and regular chiropractic services. They annually “give away” thousands of dollars in services to support the toy drive.Drs. Philip and Natalie Cordova are the owners of CORE Chiropractic in Houston’s Galleria area. This particular charitable cause was brought to their attention by a dedicated patient.
"We’re happy to do a small part for such a great cause," said Dr. Philip V. Cordova. "One of our patients brought this organization to us and asked if we’d be willing to help. We were blown away by our patients’ generosity and excitement about sharing. We know there are other toy drives out there, but we’ve been to this facility and know how much they need the help."
As soon as they put up the information on their Facebook page, they start to receive calls and e-mails from regular patients excited to participate in helping the Houston Area Women’s Center in exchange for the chiropractic adjustment. “Our regular patients bring in toys all week, some don’t need the incentive of receiving a free adjustment. Some patients we just see a couple of times per year, once for our Back To School Drive and once for our Toy Drive each year,” said Dr. Natalie Cordova. “We love that they still consider us their chiropractor, and we know they look forward to the chance to contribute every year.”
If you’d like to participate, toys can be dropped off at CORE Chiropractic, 1770 Saint James Pl, #210, Houston, TX 77056 anytime this week. New patients providing toys can be seen all week at no charge if they present with a new toy. Regular patients should schedule an appointment for Saturday, December 7, 2013 between 9:30am and 11:00am to receive their free adjustment.
