Saint Joseph statues used to help sell houses are popular in Alaska and Hawaii according to new research just released.

New data just released shows that house sellers in Alaska and Hawaii use Saint Joseph statues to help sell their houses. The St Joseph statue tradition dates back centuries to Europe and seems to have been first used by nuns trying to buy land. The tradition has grown over the years and is now used by people across the world to help sell houses.

A study published in the Wall Street Journal earlier this year showed that statue sales go up as house prices drop because people turn to the statue for a little extra help. House sellers bury a statue of St Joseph upside down in the garden in front of the property to be sold. Apartment and business owners can modify the tradition and bury the statue in a small pot. There are many stories of seemingly magical success using the statue. Houses which lingered on the market have been reported to sell within days or hours of burying the statue and at premium prices.

To date there have been no data on the geographical reach of the statue. It has been known that the statue is used with great success by people of many religions and by people of no religion. However it was not known which countries or states trusted and used the statue.

Company spokeswoman for a leader seller of the Saint Joseph statue on Amazon.com said that they assumed the statue might sell best in the so called St Patrick’s day cities such as New York, Boston and Chicago.New company research shows confirms that the statue does sell well in large urban centers but that the statue also sells well in Alaska and Hawaii.

The company has also announced a Thanksgiving Bonus offering a $2 discount for customers who enter the code STJOSEPH on checkout on Amazon.com while stocks last.
