Hobby Millionaire will hold its monthly Investor Academy on Thursday April 9, 2015. This meeting will take place from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the Crowne Plaza Executive Suites, located at 5700 Westpark Drive in Charlotte, NC. This meeting with focus on real estate rehabs, and there is no cost to attend.
Representatives from the Community Buying Group will be at this meeting to discuss discounts available from their partners, Through the CBG Preferred Partner Network you can now SAVE MONEY at Lowe’s, Sherwin Williams, Sears Commercial, Sunbelt Rentals, OfficeDepotMax, BuildaSign and more. A representative from Lowe’s will also be in attendance to discuss their programs.

Hobby Millionaire sponsors the Real Estate Investor Academy, designed for those investors interested in real estate investing in the Metro Charlotte NC area. Every meeting is different, and is led by a Hobby Millionaire volunteer Board of Advisors. This is an ongoing project of Bonnie Laslo, who has run Hobby Millionaire sessions nationwide. Hobby Millionaire is an organization that provides motivation, networking opportunities, and up-to-date education for people who want to buy homes or investment properties. Meetings are run by volunteers and the members, as they make the magic happen.
Meetings are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays of each week throughout the metro Charlotte area, plus the monthly Investor World meeting at the Crowne Plaza Charlotte Executive Park (second Monday of each Month). There is no cost to attend these meetings. This a cooperative business space – Real estate professionals, investors, landlords, property managers, real estate agents, contractors, wholesalers, rehabbers, and the general public are invited to attend these meetings.
