Cherise herself has experienced how life changing regular intense exercise in the outdoors on the beach with a group of like-minded friends are combined with a healthy lifestyle to master a demanding life style. So, she decided to offer a kick-start program for others from all over the country to experience in a weekend session.
A 2.5 day intense weekend on the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean filled with fitness activities ranging from running, boot camp, paddle boarding, spinning and coached by expert trainers and nutritional professionals will bring a complete healthy living experience to the discerning customer who wants it all in a short period of time and provide relaxation at the same time through yoga sessions right on the beach.
Founder and owner Cherise Wintz shares, "Our guests come here because they are looking for an intense, structured fitness boot camp program. With 2 full days packed full of diverse fitness activities, we really challenge our guests while providing an active and healthy weekend stay.
In addition, we always want our guests to try something new, such as our fantastic morning Paddle board class or try out our latest fitness equipment. Because we limit the number of guests each weekend, this allows us to focus on our guests’ goals and makes it easy to accommodate guests of all fitness levels. I guess you could say we are a “boutique fitness vacation”. We build healthy bodies, minds and experiences for our guests."

Cherise has been a salon owner in Daytona Beach Shores for over 25 years and has been very involved in the local business community. Cherise is also one of the key drivers behind the non-profit organization Operation Changing Lives helping those suffering from cleft lip, cleft palate or other facial deformities as well as deserving children in the local community.
