Adults and children can learn to overcome different ailments and target health concerns through new, online coaching program.

Long before someone is diagnosed with cancer, diabetes, or rheumatoid arthritis, their body may be subtly speaking to them through symptoms such as headaches, cavities, bad breath, bleeding gums, mood swings, dark circles under the eyes, digestive issues, acne, brittle nails or thinning hair, according to health and wellness expert, Stacy Olinger.

“If you slow down, pay attention, and listen to what your body is trying to tell you, you can be proactive and often correct the imbalances and deficiencies in your body naturally using targeted nutrition,” says Stacy Olinger. “With the correct nutrients, the body can often heal itself of any condition or disease.”

One might ask, how do you know which nutrients your body needs, what supplements to take, how many to take, and for how long.

Olinger believes organs and glands that function at a sluggish, congested pace are often the result of nutritional deficiencies.

Nutritional Supplementation can be very effective in correcting deficiencies, strengthening struggling organs/systems, dealing with infections/overgrowths and managing symptoms while working on root causes to speed overall healing.

However, supplements do not compensate, replace, or override an unhealthy diet or lifestyle.

“Patients can become liberated in taking a stand and realizing that sickness is not simply the luck of the draw,” says Olinger. “They can start to take control of their health by understanding the personal choices they make will have the most dramatic impact on their health.”

Olinger warns that blind supplementation, or taking supplements without guidance or a specific need, in many cases, can do more harm than good. An example of blind supplementation is reading for example, a blog post titled “The Top 10 Signs of Magnesium Deficiency” and then deciding you need to start taking magnesium without knowing what exactly your body needs.

Guided by a wellness expert who is trained properly, individuals will find that symptoms are important to note and can be of value.

“Hundreds of years ago when MRIs and blood tests were not around, doctors relied on the power of observation to heal the body. They followed the symptoms and asked questions. Does the patient have thinning hair? Are there ridges on their nails? Do they have dark circles under their eyes? Do they have weight gain only around the middle? Do they have bleeding gums? “You can tell a lot about the body and what's it's trying to say by observing the symptoms,” says Olinger.

Stacy Olinger is always quick to clarify that she is not a physician and does not diagnose, cure, or prescribe. She is simply a seasoned health and wellness expert who helps her clients figure out what is going on with their body and explains it in a way that is easy to understand. This is the premise of her signature program, Whole Body Health.

The main premise of Olinger’s online coaching program is to allow clients to experience for themselves that they can manage their own symptoms and feel confident doing so. The deficiency happens due to one or more root causes. The root may be an underlying infection, an immune challenge such as parasites, fungus, yeast, or bacteria growth, food sensitivity, chemical sensitivity, or heavy metals accumulated in the body. Blood, urine, saliva, and stool analysis can be useful in advanced cases, but in most cases may not even be necessary.

One key component Olinger relies on in working with her clients is how to identify deficiencies through a technique called Autonomic Muscle Testing also known as Applied Kinesiology.

Through this approach Olinger can often help people address hormone imbalances, depression, anxiety, weight gain, fertility, and loss of libido. These are some of the many conditions a large percentage of of her clientele experience and come to Olinger feeling desperate for more natural solutions.
