Quartz countertops – Are easy to maintain. No sealers or waxes are needed so cleaning is easy with soap and water. Man-made quartz is non porous (resistant to scratches and stains from acid agents) non toxic and non allergic. Quartz counters are hard, tough and resistant to shock. The engineered quartz is malleable and so can be manufactured into large pieces with fewer joints.The only issue being the resins used in manufacturing quartz are not heat tolerant and countertops can be marked with intense heat, so use trivets.
