Since launching their product a few days ago, Akoni Homeware have seen an encouraging amount of sales. Today, the brand have received their first feedback from a customer.
Their new product, watermelon cutter set, was launched onto Amazon’s U.S marketplace and the brand hope to launch the product into Europe soon.
The first customer to give the brand feedback about the product said, “I love this watermelon slicer. I’ve never used a watermelon slicer before but I’m really pleased with this one. It’s easy to use and doesn’t slip when you’re cutting into the watermelon flesh.”
Akoni Homeware have been working on their Watermelon Slicer Set for some months and this is the first time that the brand have received real feedback about the product from paying customers.
“We’ve done lots of testing of our product and we have spoken to a few industry-relevant focus groups but it’s always reassuring to hear real feedback from our customers.” said Lisa from Akoni Homeware, “We welcome positive and constructive feedback as it means that we can better improve our product.”

“Our first week selling the product on Amazon.com has been better than we hoped.” continued Lisa, “We’ve had sales and our product rank has increased very rapidly which is a really good sign at this stage. We hope that our product has staying power compared to our competitors’ products.”
