Americans are dealing with stress on a larger level than they ever have, according to experts. In fact, the American Psychological Association says that 75 percent of adults say they have experienced moderate to high stress levels in the past month and almost half of them say their stress has only increased in the past year. What’s more, the same organization says that for teens before the 9th and 12th grade, stress is a top health concern. The report goes on to say that if these teens don’t learn to control that stress, it could result in long-term health implications.
