MedicTests.com, a Chattanooga-based EMS test prep company, has found a special way to contribute to EMS Week of 2014. Beginning March 22nd, the organization is going to match all contributions made to the Will Frawley Fund. The fund is in support of paramedic Will Frawley, who was recently diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome, a rare precursor to Leukemia. The fund will help to offset expenses and support Will and his family as he undergoes bone marrow transplants and subsequent treatment.Joseph Storm, Paramedic and CEO of MedicTests, says it has as much to do with the EMS community as it does any one person. "We support Will, and we're excited for the opportunity to help him through this. On top of that, it's the local guys like Mike Garren, Lt. Billy Blea, Chris Harper, and the dozens of people who showed up to the blood and bone marrow drive who are the real heroes. These guys went out of their way to help another man. I want to support that. When we have people like that in our community, it makes everyone want to be better."
To have donation qualify for matching funds, donation can be submitted via the http://TestYourWill.com website by Thursday, May 29th.
