E-Roots, a Columbus-based IT consulting firm, has recently announced that it added two new team members to further develop their growing portfolio of regional clients who are in need of the managed services offered by the firm. Nick Jones, E-Roots newest IT consultant, and Shelby Elliot, the company’s new marketing coordinator, are both bringing with them a wealth of experience in the industry and specialized knowledge of their fields.E-Roots’ new innovations and the increasing demand from small business owners’ for managed services led the company to add to the team that supports the mission of innovation and exceptional service.
Jones’ experience with programming, graphic design, and computer networking systems allows him to deliver a broad range of IT services to his clients and find viable solutions for IT needs.
“I believe that my professional background, as well as networking, troubleshooting, management, and cable running skills, will be helpful in my new role and will take this stuff off our clients’ plate,” said Jones.
Elliot’s experience with marketing and online advertising has allowed her to bring some fresh marketing ideas and perspectives to the table. Moreover, her understanding of the IT field also helps her to better understand the industry and market specifics, and, therefore, create and manage integrated marketing plans as well as individual targeted campaigns.
