Dr. Box also uses digital impression technology to accurately measure the correct placement of the patient's implant, something that traditionally is done with cumbersome and distasteful impression paste. After the implant is properly designed and measured for, Dr. Box uses the CEREC CAO/CAM system to craft the crowns at his office instead of having to send the measurements to an external lab for creation.
Dr. Box is so skilled with dental implant placement that he is able to place most of the implants required by his own patients rather than having to refer them to a specialist. Dr. Box is also a mentor of the Sirona Speakers Academy.
