This is the 2nd book Price has authored. The book was written with the aim in mind to educate managers and business owners on establishing a coaching environment with their staff. There’s also particular excitement about this launch because new edition provides more resources for creating a work culture that produces real world results and becomes effective for staff as well as owners and managers. Chapter that there is excitement about are: “Screaming Employees” and “Bullying in the Workplace”.
Employee Coaching For Business Success sets its main focus on establishing a workplace that is high performing and producing results as staff are motivated, focused on goals and accountable. Donna Lynn Price has a background in management, leadership development and entrepreneurship.. This helped shape the creation of the book after supervising and managing teams for over a decade Price has developed a simple system of coaching through the appraisal process that inspires and motivates both staff and managers.
When asked about why they wrote the book, Price said: “managing people is one of the biggest challenges in the world, but when there is a system that creates a positive culture then organizations succeed”
Price has hopes that the book will inspire business owners to create healthy workplaces that encourage staff input, hold people accountable while at the same time focused and motivated.
