This is the 2nd book Price has authored. The book was written with the aim in mind to educate managers and business owners on establishing a coaching environment with their staff. There’s also particular excitement about this launch because new edition provides more resources for creating a work culture that produces real world results and becomes effective for staff as well as owners and managers. Chapter that there is excitement about are: “Screaming Employees” and “Bullying in the Workplace”.
