The digital currency news outlet 'Crypto Articles' has been acquired by the Banx Capital group and as of today will now be know as 'Digital Money Times'.

London, UK, March 6th 2015, Bitcoin and altcoin news outlet Crypto Articles has today been taken over by Digital Money Times (which is owned by the Banx Capital group). The acquisition is the latest step by Banx Capital in their ongoing goal to establish themselves with a global presence within the crypto currency world.

After a successful round of negotiations in February, both parties have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transition from Crypto Articles to Digital Money Times. This move elevates the Crypto Articles content to a new level where it will gain more exposure, and it provides Digital Money Times with the right talent to further build their brand. In the end, the acquisition is a milestone for all involved parties.

Jean-Pierre Buntinx, co-owner and Senior Editor of Crypto Articles is very excited about the acquisition, and said “Becoming a part of Digital Money Times is a great opportunity at the right time for me. During our first year of running Crypto Articles, we have been pushing hard to become a recognized brand in the digital currency news scene. Furthermore, we were able to meet a lot of great people and build a list of Media Partners, which will be put to great use when we start working on Digital Money Times.”

This announcement comes hot on the heels of another recent acquisition by the Banx Capital group, as the crypto currency exchange platform Atomic Trade was recently acquired Banx.io. Banx.io is another subsidiary company of the Banx Capital business portfolio.
