Atlantis Web Marketing, a digital marketing agency based in
Berkshire, is expanding its team. Having grown its client base four fold over
the past 12 months director, Chris Hines, felt the need to bring on another
member of staff. Hines says, “In the early stages of the business I relied on freelancers to support the needs of the business but now that we have a steady flow of work coming in I feel the need to bring somebody on board full time to help me out.”
Formed in 2013 Atlantis Web Marketing is the brainchild of CEO Chris Hines. Hines who was originally a fitness trainer, spent several years in the trenches online promoting his fitness businesses. Today Atlantis mainly provides search engine optimisation (SEO) and social media
services to their clients who are mainly small businesses that reside in the Thames Valley
and Hines continues,”I was looking for someone with the analytical skills needed for SEO but also someone that had
great communication skills that are integral to any role in social media.”
After getting a number of applications Hines selected who he thought was the best candidate and offered the role to Amy Johnson. Johnson of Theale in Berkshire, has a background in digital marketing and comes from a strong social media background in her previous positions.

Johnson remarks,”When I saw the offer of a position at Atlantis Web Marketing I knew it was an opportunity to join an up and coming local company. I put my application in straight away. I was pleased when I got a call back and even more so when Chris offered me the position.
