As part of their inclusion in the Zeek Rewards Class Action Lawsuit, Zeek Rewards Affiliates are urged to submit their information to be filed and processed to the ZeekRewardsClassAction.com website no later than August 31, 2013. The claims forms, which can be accessed through the ZeekRewardsClassAction.com website, include a complete Retainer Agreement and Client Information Sheet. Once the forms are completed, they can be submitted via the website, emailed to a provided email address, faxed or sent through regular mail. The completion of these forms by the August 31 deadline will allow Zeek Rewards Affiliates to have their interests represented in case of dispute or rejection of their claim.Federal Judge Graham Mullen approved the Receiver’s proposed Claims Process on May 8, 2013. This Order included a deadline for all Affiliate's claims to be filed in the underlying SEC case that established the Receivership. The Bar Date for these claims is September 5, 2013, after which no more claims will be accepted or processed. This is why Affiliates are being asked to have all of their requested information submitted to ZeekRewardsClassAction.com by August 31, 2013 for timely processing.
Further, if Zeek Rewards Affiliates claims are not completed and returned to ZeekRewardsClassAction by the deadline, they may not be able to receive benefit or receive a share of any recovery that may be procured from Paul Burks, if ongoing litigation efforts against Paul Burks prove successful. This recovery would be distinct from the percentage of Zeek investment that Affiliates may recover through the initial claims process.
