Chef Gorji presents a mediterranean dinner with Texas ingredients for GO TEXAN Restaurant Round Up Month in July. A three-course prix fixe dinner with Texas wines are available for pairing. A percentage of the proceeds benefits the North Texas Food Bank.


Chef Gorji of Canary by Gorji, Mediterranean, Steak & Seafood presents a mediterranean dinner with Texas Ingredients for GO TEXAN Restaurant Round-Up Month. A three-course prix fixe dinner with Texas wines available for pairing will be offered during the month of July. A percentage of the proceeds benefit the North Texas Food Bank.


First course is choice of Pan Seared Texas Quail Legs with White Wine Pomegranate Reduction or Gorji’s Texas Chili & French Goat Cheese Pizza; second course is Texas Wild Boar & Pork Tenderloin with Texas Bleu Gnocchi; third course is a Texas Sweet Tomato, Texas Tito Vodka Ice Cream Smoothie.
