A new mold inspection, removal and remediation specialist agency has recently opened its doors in Decatur, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. The new company is Atlanta Mold & Cleaning LLC.

Owned and operated by Mr. Parnell Hall of Decatur, Atlanta Mold and Cleaning was established to help meet the rapidly growing need for mold removal and remediation services in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area.
“The Atlanta area has a very hot and humid climate,” Mr. Hall observes. “And that sort of climate is the perfect incubator for mold; you will find many different strains of mold growing in homes and offices and factories everywhere here.”
In recent years, Mr. Hall says, more and more people in the Atlanta area have become aware of the dangers of exposure to mold, and so more and more of them are looking for mold removal and remediation specialists who can remove those dangers from their homes and workplaces.
The dangers of exposure to mold can be very serious. If the exposure lasts long enough (for a year or two, or sometimes even for just a few months), all kinds of desperately debilitating diseases can result, especially auto-immune diseases, and sicknesses such as fibromyalgia.
People can, as a result of exposure to mold, be reduced to a point to where they can barely walk, or type, or accomplish even the most simple and basic of daily routines. In some cases they can even die.
In the past, Mr. Hall says, most doctors did not realize that many of the terrible symptoms they were seeing in patients, symptoms that did not respond to treatment, were coming from continuing exposure to mold. But doctors, he reports, are now becoming alert to this problem.
Meanwhile stories in the press have also spread the alert to the general public. And so the overall awareness of the problem has been growing. And this has created an opportunity, he says, for new firms such as Atlanta Mold & Cleaning LLC.
Though Atlanta Mold & Cleaning is headquartered in Decatur, Mr. Hall says it is ready to serve the entire greater Atlanta metropolitan area.
