Partying for a Purpose presents the 11th Champagne & Purses at the University Club on July 15, 2014. Over 125-150 of San Diego's finest ladies will bring new or gently worn dresses, shoes, jewelry and purses to donate to the teens for Prom. Hosted by Angela Brannon, Kristy Salazar, Christina Thomas, Dita Diaz, Gwendolyn Sneed, Maura Emerick, Dawn Sebaugh, Hortencia Moore and Theresa Dimapilis. The ladies will enjoy a signature cocktail from Henebery Whiskey and St Petersburg Vodka, with delicious appetizers from the University Club, and fantastic desserts from Sprinkle Me Desserts and Charitable Organic Sweet.
DJ Watusi, DJ Jason Scott and DJ Scott Roberts will be the featured entertainment with Jason Whitmore on Sax and Mark DeMascole on drums. OOh Fashionista Boutique will host a Fashion Show featuring bikinis, casual wear and cocktail dresses with shoes from Fibi & Clo with styling from Blank Slate Creative Studio and Groom Salon. There will also be a silent auction and a raffle. The Media Sponsor is FINE Magazine. Sponsors include the University Club, Galabid, V Group, Blank Slate Creative Studio, Moments of Your Life Photography and JWT Photography. The new television series “The Romance” will also be filming at the event.
Partying for a Purpose is an event production company that produces fundraisers for charities and individuals. It's All About the Kids? Foundation is a 501 c[3] non profit organization that creates and provides new and innovative programs and activities to benefit children's charities and enhances the lives of less fortunate children, helping them to succeed.
