Mr. Green practiced law in Dallas, Texas for over twenty years before moving to California, where he was admitted to practice this past August. Mr. Green received his Juris Doctorate in 1992 from Texas Tech University School of Law, from which he graduated summa cum laude and was editor for the Texas Tech Law Review. Prior to coming to California, Mr. Green worked for the Law Offices of Frank L. Branson where he helped to establish the business litigation branch of the firm. Mr. Green's primary responsibility is to share in the handling of personal injury cases. He will be coordinating investigation, accessing economic value of a case, negotiating settlements of cases where possible, preparing cases for mediations, arbitrations or trials and representing our clients in all phases of the litigation process. In addition, Mr. Green will assist in handling misdemeanor criminal cases and with trial preparation for the larger felony criminal cases.
Mr. Green currently lives with his wife and family in Santa Barbara, California.
