WeighDigital calculates body weight, body fat percentage, body water percentage, muscle percentage, body mass index, baseline calorie burning and bone mass through a process called bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), which uses a safe, low-level electrical signal that travels through the body. The device syncs via Bluetooth to the WeightNot smartphone app for iOS and Android, providing members with a convenient, instantaneous way to keep track of their progress throughout the WeightNot program and beyond.
