ENTRUST Technology Consulting Services and Prism Technologies Group, two of San Antonio’s largest Gold Microsoft Partners, are merging operations to form one of the largest managed IT services firms in San Antonio.
ENTRUST Technology Consulting Services and Prism Technologies Group announced today they have reached a definitive agreement to merge.“I am very excited to learn of this merger,” says Rhonda Klekar, Microsoft Corporation’s regional partner community manager for Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. “I have worked with both of these companies and know them to be two of the best in the region.” Mitch Sowards, President of ENTRUST says, “ENTRUST and Prism are each vibrant, growing companies independently, but we are also extremely complementary. ENTRUST has a deep managed services infrastructure and hosting business; while Prism has a broad and diverse Microsoft services practice.
